Staci Weingust has been providing therapy to individual adults, adolescents, and children, as well as, couples and families for over 25 years.

Ms. Weingust has worked in settings that range from community organizations to hospitals, spending the majority of her time in mental health programs. In addition to her work as a therapist, she has 12 years of experience in Healthcare Management, with an Advanced Diploma in Social Service Administration, and is a part-time professor at Humber College.

She employs therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy(DBT), Systems Therapy, Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment based, Trauma Focused, Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Interpersonal, Narrative, Psychodynamic, Motivational Interviewing, Forensic Psychology, Person-Centred, Culturally Sensitive and Strength Based.
