Ms. Lowther provides specialized services to newcomers to Canada who are feeling overwhelmed because of difficult life circumstances or moving transitions. As an Asian Canadian therapist, she is passionate about helping all racial and ethnic populations struggling with low mood, anxiety, anger, confidence, and boundary issues, as well as emotional concerns from childhood and within their family or origin to help unravel emotional struggles through a cultural lens. She provides psychotherapy in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
