Registered Psychotherapist, MA Psychology,
Mphil. Clinical Psychology

Ms. Jain feels there is no one right path for self exploration. For some, it takes the form of therapy which is not just problem focused but rather person focused. At times, the motivation for self-exploration comes from painful life events occurring outside us or other times it could be overwhelming emotions building up within us.

Ms. Jain thinks the journey of self growth begins when you pause to take note of yourself and look inwards. It isn’t easy to do and evoke confusion and fear. She provides a space where a person can gain more insight and gradually learn to respond differently to challenges, inside and outside.

Ms. Jain draws on a variety of evidence-based, trauma-informed, and psychoanalytically informed therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural
Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, (ACT), Attachment-Based, Emotionally Focused, Narrative Therapy, Multicultural, Compassion Focused, Psychodynamic, Eclectic, Exposure Therapy, Interpersonal, Humanistic, Positive Psychology, Motivational Interviewing, Person Centered, Coaching, and Strength-Based.
