Couples, Parent Management, Divorce

We have a long history of working with couples who wish to resolve their conflict and learn skills that will allow them to move forward in their relationship in a healthy manner. In addition, we have extensive experience working with parents and their children to bring about positive changes with childhood behavioural issues. We can assist couples who need help with separation and divorce arrangements. 

 Training and Consultation    

In addition to providing counselling services, we also have extensive experience in clinical training and consultation with staff groups, management training, individual client consultation, and group supervision within organizations.

Who We See

We treat people of all ages, which include toddlers, children, preteens, adolescents, adults, and the elderly.  Sessions can be for individuals, couples, or families. We can accommodate any sort of arrangement that is most beneficial for the client(s).


Booking an appointment is easy. We have a flexible schedule that includes mornings, afternoons,  evenings and weekends. You can contact me by phone or email to make an appointment. Counselling sessions take place in the office but we also offer video and phone sessions. Consultation and training sessions usually occur at the organization. COVID-19: VIDEO AND PHONE SESSIONS AVAILABLE DURING THIS VERY DIFFICULT TIME. 


Sessions are one hour and $130 for an individual.  Fees are often covered under employment benefits and if necessary we can also adjust to a sliding scale. We accept cash, checks, and bank e-transfers.

Location and Parking

Our comfortable offices are located just a few minutes from the 401 and 407, just north of downtown Oshawa.  Parking is easy and free.
